Job Description:

  • Record and update daily transactions in accounting software.
  • Prepare and maintain financial listings (Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Deposits, Accruals)
  • Verify and resolve discrepancies in balance sheet accounts (Cash & Bank, Prepayment, Accruals, Provision)
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Analyse operational and accounting data for trends and variations.
  • Prepare and review full sets of accounts.
  • Consolidate Group Financial Statements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of working experience in account executive or similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting system and tools such as SQL, AutoCount, Excel and so on.
  • Required language(s): English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Good time management and able to meet tight deadline.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PHP Backend Developer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in backend development using PHP and expertise in WordPress backend customization. As a PHP Backend Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust server-side applications, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using PHP and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Customize and extend WordPress functionality to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of backend systems and databases.
  • Optimize and maintain existing code for performance improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and designers, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
  • Debug and troubleshoot reported issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in backend development.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a PHP Backend Developer.
  • Proficiency in PHP and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience in WordPress backend development, including custom theme and plugin development.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL.
  • Familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and deployment processes.
  • Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in performance marketing or lead generation.
  • Proven experience in running and optimizing ads across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in Malay and English (a plus).
  • Ability to work with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.
  • Experience in marketing agencies, e-commerce, partner management, or dropshipping is a plus.
